Just another weigh in for me. I will have to do it on sundays so i hope thats ok
So I have been doing the 1200 cals a day and exercise and drinking water like its going out of fashion!! and here is what I got.....
SW 96kgCW 93.4
So as you can see from previously I only dropped one kilo
but I will keep going only 25 kilos to go .......
