Dipped under 100 Kgs this morning so starting at 99.9 Kgs

My aim by 23rd March is 89.9 Kgs

Good luck all..
Highs : 107 Kg (24 Sept 2007) : 113.5 Kg (12 Jan 2014) : 112.5 Kg (26 Jan 2016)
Current :99.2 Kg (31 May 2016)
Lows : 78.4 Kg (20 May 2008) : 87.4 Kg (on 16 Dec in both 2009 & 2010) : 82.9 Kg (14 Apr 2011) : 87.1 Kg (4 Jul 2011) : 90.5 Kg (14 Jul 2014)
Target : 94 Kgs by 15th Jul

Weigh in today - 85.7kg.

I don't have a goal to reach, my goal is to lose each week, no matter how big or how small.

MASSIVE weekend of partying, plenty of beer buttried to be good on the food side but even so was surprised to see me spot on 100 Kgs this morning..

Went for a run tonight... at 9.30pm... and it was still 30 degrees celsius.... yuck. :/ feel good though. Felt crap while doing it.

Hey everyone :) I had a good 1st week with my 1200 a day calories so today I weighed myself and I have lost 1.6 kg!!!!! I dont know if thats a good amount lol but its weight lost so im happy!!!

CW 94.4kg
GW 68 kg

HI everyone
Just another weigh in for me. I will have to do it on sundays so i hope thats ok :) So I have been doing the 1200 cals a day and exercise and drinking water like its going out of fashion!! and here is what I got.....


SW 96kg
CW 93.4
GW 68kg

So as you can see from previously I only dropped one kilo :oops: but I will keep going only 25 kilos to go ....... :shock:

Weighed in this morning at 83.8kg.

Down 1.9kg in a month, which I am really pleased about to be honest. I haven't exercised with any regularity lately and I have an underactive thyroid, so I am really pleased my weight is going down.
