Motivation to move this weight
I am going to give up one thing a week and build up on it I think its hard to give up everything in one go
So my first things is "Butter & Marg etc"
So that means I have to avoid bread too cos I can't stand bread or toast without butter :wink:
So in a way this is helping me to cut down on too products that are not good for me :lol:
