1. I am alive
2 .I have a week off uni to gather my toughts before exams
3. I know that i can deal with the bad things and focus on the good

Cheers Jules

I get up most mornings and think every day is great! And these are the reasons
* I have 2 beautiful children, who are very well behaved and only cause me a very small amount of grief
* I have a partner who does so much for me and loves me dearly(I think.......hahaha.....yeah he does I am pretty sure!)
* Family that is around and loves me for who I am
* Great friends that are there to listen and help me out whenever they can, and vice versa.
* I live in a fantastic place in a small town that I love
* I really have nothing to complain about, cept small stuff, but I have learnt not to stress the small stuff!

And that is the key to happy living. Don't stress the small stuff. Try and keep positive, even if something is not going your way! If you become negative, then chances are you will have a negative outcome to whatever situation you are in. Positve follows positive people. Well my motto anyway. So remember to smile and be happy! Makes life so much easier.

well the way i look at it is there are a lot of things about our lives that can be quite negative such as illness, or deaths, loss of job, financial problems etc. its good to sit and remind ourselves of what we have that is good in our lives at the moment. :) and that makes me happy too :)

Today I am thankful for:
- the shed company keeping their promise to deliver the shed
- the beautiful day outside to dry my washing
- a new resolve to actually get some uni work done
- my bloke who is preparing to put down the driveway slab and build a fence so I can get a doggie.
- the gorgeous live rendition of somewhere over the rainbow that just finished on my radio
- I am healthy and feeling just tired enough from my ride this morning.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

"Reach out and take control of what lands in your lap"
