mmm there's a clear tube under the machine, and a mirror just above where you're lying... so you can see what's coming out. But you can always look away or move the mirror. It's quite shocking, but fascinating at the same time

A lot of celebs have it done before a big event, so they aren`t bloated.

Good on you for being brave enough to go....... i`m sure you will reap the benifits

Are you planning on going again?

 Yep, I'll probably go again at some stage... depending how much of a pig I make of myself over the next month, I might decide to go again before my holiday in Feb. Or leave it till later lol. There'll be a new therapist there then, as the current one is selling the business. This is a bit of a worry as I like the current lady :(

I've never seen the Nutty Professor... maybe I should

Anyway thought I'd update my progress in here. I had another go of it last night. It's my fourth time now! I'm starting to think it might be something I could get used to. It does make you feel pretty good afterwards. I find that I do have a bit more energy, but the best thing is I just feel happier and more positive in myself. I don't know how that happens, but it does :D I think that not only does it clear my colon, but it also clears my mind... my thinking is a lot clearer, if that makes sense.

Plus I get the sudden urge to giggle for no reason.... hahaha.

I will have to try to be good from now on though, as it is the eating binges late at night that stuffs things up for me :(

i would really like to try this but im pretty self conscious! i reckon it would do wonders, and dr's even recommend it to really clean your insides out.

I'm pretty self-conscious as well. The place I go to is a bit DIY lol... the only thing the nurse does is come in a couple of times to check that you are okay and to flush out the machine. So, you are basically left alone for most of the time. But there is a button to press in case you need her, which is reassuring.

I saw on TV the other night, there was a guy having it done. The nurse actually inserted the tube for him, and she stayed in the room the whole time, gave him abdominal massage etc  Now THAT would be embarassing!
