damn ttotm. my skin has broken out really bad at the moment. i had a few friends i went to primary school with that i have been in contact with and they were coming up the coast this weekend and it wouldve been the first time i have seen them in over 10 years but im not going to catch up with them this time. i look disgusting! and not to mention my face really hurts. my lactose pills finished last night so i start back on the pill again tonight. hopefully it helps clear this up. how embarrassing!

Kate, you should go see your friends - who knows it may be another 10 years before you get the chance to see them again! Put some clearasil or something on the spots and it should reduce the redness, and concealer always works well. If that doesn't persuade you think about being able to go out and flaunt your new hot bod! :)

I was diagnosed with PCO's at 26 after I lost my son. I have always had the hair problem with to much hair. I do also suffer with pretty bad periods. Which I get them every 6 weeks to 3 months. I seem to bleed heavily and last for 2 weeks. Since I got my tubes tied ( hence when my period problems started). My doctor won't put me on anything. He said next cycle and if I have problems again he refer me to a Gyno at King Edward Hospital to see what going on. I always thought it was stress from everything going on in my life but it wasn't. Well I hope to lose weight and feel good about myself. Also have better monthlys.
