What advice can you give someone else on the journey? This will not happen for u unless u are ready, commitment is the key!
What was your "wake up call" that led you to get serious about weight loss? Photo's, not fitting into a size 14, borderline high blood pressure
What do you like best about yourself? I have nice clear skin and my easy going personality
