What advice can you give someone else on the journey? Think about the long run - dont try to go too quickly. If you have a bad food day just get over it - move on and get back on track.
What was your "wake up call" that led you to get serious about weight loss? Everytime I looked in my wardrobe not a single thing looked good or felt comfortable anymore, but still could completely avoid shopping because its not fun when your hating your body. Avoiding pictures being taken of me, not even wanting to see them when I knew one did get taken and making SURE it was deleted immediately (Or untagged on facebook, haha)
