What food plan are you on at the moment? Nothing specific, just healthy low fat no junk food
What can we do to help you on your journey? Support, tips, advice!
What advice can you give someone else on the journey? Think about the long run - dont try to go too quickly. If you have a bad food day just get over it - move on and get back on track.
What was your "wake up call" that led you to get serious about weight loss? Everytime I looked in my wardrobe not a single thing looked good or felt comfortable anymore, but still could completely avoid shopping because its not fun when your hating your body. Avoiding pictures being taken of me, not even wanting to see them when I knew one did get taken and making SURE it was deleted immediately (Or untagged on facebook, haha)
What do you like best about yourself? Sense of humour

State one goal that you will strive for: To weigh 63kg's no matter how long it takes!

What was your "wake up call" that led you to get serious about weight loss? my fiance being fed up with me being depressed and hiding myself away from him and rest the world so much

How long since you were last slim: Year 12 at high school (10 years ago) but back then I thought I was fat and ugly, boy to be that fat and ugly again would be a dream!

What food plan are you on at the moment? Celebrity Slim
What can we do to help you on your journey? Just the support and the friendly advice
What advice can you give someone else on the journey? Drink lots of water, try and exercise just whenever you can but don't beat yourself up over it and you are allowed a naughty day every now and then
What was your "wake up call" that led you to get serious about weight loss? Being diagnosed with high blood pressure

What do you like best about yourself? Physically? Thin legs. As a person? I am a loyal friend and partner
State one goal that you will strive for: I want to strive to fit into a size 10-12 (currently size 14)

How long since you were last slim: I've always been bigger than my friends, but the slimmest I can remember was when I was about 16 so about 12 years ago

What advice can you give someone else on the journey? If you dont loose it now you'll never loose it
What was your "wake up call" that led you to get serious about weight loss? My first daughter is starting school next year and I dont want her to be picked on because of me

Never thought I would have to update my bio... A few things have changed since my first BIO post in here. It's good to know healthy things change your life so much.

Pets: None, but a cat's coming up. Sold my budgerigar 2 years ago as we though our daughter was allergic, turns out she isn't. Might get a bunch of new budgies in the upcoming years, we'll see :)

What food plan are you on at the moment? My own made up menu which is around 1000 calories per day & around 30g of fat
What can we do to help you on your journey? Offer encouragement & a sympathetic ear when things go a bit bad.
What advice can you give someone else on the journey? Don't think of losing weight as a daunting task, stay positive & don't give up.
What was your "wake up call" that led you to get serious about weight loss? It is now starting to affect my health. I can't breath properly, my heart races & sometimes skips a beat regularly. I get puffed out doing light housework. I also had an incident at work the other day where I had to bend down to pick something up and I couldn't get back up without having to hold onto something :shock:

What do you like best about yourself? I'm a good cook & am quite funny (had to think about that one for a while)

What advice can you give someone else on the journey? You can't stop or turn back time, so use it while you have it.
What was your "wake up call" that led you to get serious about weight loss? A combination of embarrassing photos, chest pains, low fitness levels and remembering me in my mid-20s promising myself to be fit by age 30!

What do you like best about yourself? I can stay calm in trying circumstances and haven't "lost it" or got seriously angry since my mid-teens.
State one goal that you will strive for: Find it easy to say "no" to food that I shouldn't be eating.
