What advice can you give someone else on the journey? Consistency over exertion... weightloss isn't a chore, it's a challenge... mentally fit is as good as physically fit.
What was your "wake up call" that led you to get serious about weight loss? Feeling healthier and looking better.
What do you like best about yourself? My selfconfidence and self motivation... extensive thirst for knowledge, reading lots of books helps absorb information about health and dieting :)
State one goal that you will strive for: Being within my BMI range.

How long since you were last slim: Would have been around August 2003. I finished three months of intense military training and i was very nearly a size 8!

What food plan are you on at the moment? I just eat all health stuff, with a bit of weight watchers mixed in
What can we do to help you on your journey? well, just let me know how your going - i get energy off other peoples success. One in, all in!
What advice can you give someone else on the journey? To persist!!! And also that if there's no pain there's no game! If your exercising, push yourself a little more each time...
What was your "wake up call" that led you to get serious about weight loss? My job is in jeopardy because my BMI is over. Also my wedding is coming up in October and i wanna be slim!

What do you like best about yourself? I like my work, the military is the only life for me :D Its a great feeling to help your country!

What was your "wake up call" that led you to get serious about weight loss? I wanted to join the police force, so had to get really fit. Turns out I get really bad shin splints, ended up with bad stress fractures. No police force for me!

What advice can you give someone else on the journey? Find what works for you. Keep your reason for losing weight firmly in sight. Be honest with yourself in your weight loss dealings.
