Leanne, I have been doing that with my sister - she has 2 boys and I have one - all of them on wobbly bikes - it is a scream going for a walk with them all.
Every day I am getting thinner and thinner.....

What advice can you give someone else on the journey? Don't think of it as a diet, think of it as a lifestyle change, allow for little indulgences and enjoy life.
What was your "wake up call" that led you to get serious about weight loss? I was unhappy with my reflection in the mirror, seeing photos of myself taken 2 weeks ago at the coast with my man, I looked horrible and the breast reduction surgery that I have scheduled for November.

What food plan are you on at the moment? I am not on a specific plan, I am just trying to eat healthier and eat around 1500 calories per day
What can we do to help you on your journey? Slap me when I need to be slapped :P and generally hold me accountable
What advice can you give someone else on the journey? Start with small goals, start with something small and achievable (e.g. lose 2kg) and take it from there. You'll feel brilliant each time you hit your goal. One big goal can be daunting, but a lot of little goals are very achievable.
What was your "wake up call" that led you to get serious about weight loss? My 'fat clothes' were getting tight and uncomfortable.
What do you like best about yourself? My resourcefulness
State one goal that you will strive for: Maintaining a healthy weight under 60kgs

she really can't talk as she has had the gastro banding done twice. The most recent was about 2 years or so ago.

When I had lost about 10-15 kg a couple of years ago she said I had done well but was still soft and squishy ( I can't write what I thought as it isn't fair to those who censor this forum cause they will be here for about 1 hour LOL).

When I had lost the 25kg she said I needed to have surgery on my stomach and arms and legs. I said I did not want surgery cause it was a reminder never to go back there again that is why I am restarting now so I never go back to that weight again.....

She is my motivation..... I was expecting a snide dig from her on Sunday at the BBq and now my 8 year old nephew makes comments last time he asked "nanna" if I was having a baby AHHHHHHHH
