What advice can you give someone else on the journey?
Start with the end in mind. If you want something badly enough, visualize that ideal outcome and use a little self-discipline and determination to get you there.

What was your "wake up call" that led you to get serious about weight loss?
I needed to join the army reserves so I had to be fitter than fit. That meant also losing a bit of weight.

What do you like best about yourself?
I'm a sincere person. I will not lie, even if the truth hurts.
I work hard (most of the time)
I'm discipline in many aspects
I'm strong and determined
I'm loyal and will be there for those I love.
I will stand up for the weak and defenseless against those who are unjust.

State one goal that you will strive for:
To be the best person I can hope to be, because that's all that I ever could be. Doesn't matter in the end how fit or fat, how rich or poor. I will die and all that will remain of me is a memory. If those I love remember me as a person of no redeeming qualities, then I will exist as such.
Current weight 50.4kg
Current Fat % 13.5%

Fat % 14.0%
