How long since you were last slim: Um, never? I was always a solid child. Maybe when I was like, 6.
What food plan are you on at the moment? I use CalorieKing and I try to eat 1500 cals a day.
What can we do to help you on your journey? Be the lovely friendly selves that you all are
What advice can you give someone else on the journey? Figure out strategies that work for you. Don't give up because of minor setbacks, the results are worth the long haul.
What was your "wake up call" that led you to get serious about weight loss? I just.. kept getting bigger and almost none of my clothes fit and I felt so terrible about myself.
What do you like best about yourself? I like my hair and my eyes and my curves!
State one goal that you will strive for: To be under 70 kilos, to be a size 12, and to feel good and confident about my body!
