I'm starting to really enjoy reading the Scale the World daily emails.
Day 1 was great, day 2, 3 and 4 were a little drab to read, then on day 5 they finally gave me something constructive to do about my eating regimen.
They said 10 minutes before breakfast consume 1 apple, 10 minutes before lunch consume 2 carrots and 10 minutes before dinner consume 3 sticks of celery.
I am starting to lose tiny amounts of weight without really changing anything else in my diet and spiritually I'm feeling so happy and alive. I have taken up oil painting again after putting my palette to rest for 14 years.
