Chicken Teriyaki Skewers Recipe

These are fantastic. Easy to make, you can make the sauce ahead of time and reheat when ready. Serve with vegs or salad and a little steamed rice.
The sauce does have sugar it in, it is a sweet Japanese sauce so you only need to drizzle a little over the chicken skewers.

Beef Casserole Recipe - Also known as Beef Stew but we have made this very tasty and tender by using a slow cooker.
Spanish Chicken & Rice Recipe - This has great Spanish flavours with paprika and garlic, easy to make and you can add olives if you like.
Leek & Zucchini Bake Recipe - We love using zucchinis, they have a subtle flavour and easy to eat.
