Slow Cooker Hungarian Beef Goulash
The richness and depth of this dish makes it a great winter warmer. You can add extra vegetables if you like such as cauliflower florets, eggplant, peas and corn. We have already included 5 different vegetables in the recipe.
This recipe is low sodium, low sugar, low carb (without pasta or potato), low saturated fat and high protein.
Only 330 Calories Per Serve

This vegetarian dish makes a great alternative to the traditional shepherd’s pie and is full of good nutrition.
It is a good idea to have dinners packed with vegetable at least 2 or 3 nights a week. We have used Sweet Potato as a topping in this recipe, but you can also mix sweet potato with some pumpkin if you like.
This recipe is low sodium, low sugar, low fat and a good source of protein.

Thai Chicken Skewers

These have the flavours of Thailand without being spicy. We marinated ours for 30 minutes but if you can leave for longer it will allow the flavours to penetrate through the chicken. These skewers (2 per person) are low carb, low fat, and high protein. 2 skewers per person - 279 calories per 2 skewers.
