My doc told me some people have said it's worse than childbirth. Never having had a child I can't compare, but it was pretty bad. I'm just glad it didn't happen at the top of cradle mountain

I don't know if mines was as bad as that but I have to say I became so scared of food because the pain was sooooo bad. It's not something you can just 'deal with'

My first one i thought my appendix was bursting or something crazy like that. I'm sort of glad I've had mine out now but the recovery has been a biatch to me. should have heard me swearing the first few days coz i could barely move!
Went in about 3pm and left the next day at 10am. It was so hot in there and i felt so sick. Not something i want to go through again lol Thank goodness we only have one gallbladder!

Good to hear it went well and you came out ok (if a bit sore). I just hope they get me in sometime soon
apparently kidney stones are just as bad if not worse and you need your kidneys!! I don't have any sign of those thank goodnes, but keeping hydrated will prevent getting them.....now where's my bottle of water gone again....
