Body Brushing

Postby *KaTe* » Fri Aug 24, 2007 4:29 pm

Anyone else on here do it?

My naturopath put me onto it a month or so ago...and I love it!!

My skin has never felt so soft, its amazing! I can see an improvement with my cellulite also which is awesome!

I do it morning and night, it feels really good, and is very quick and easy :)

LOL I have nooooo idea what Bridget Jones does...

Its basically a long handled brush... has brissles and hard plastic bits inbetween the brissles...

And all ya do is brush your skin, up towards your heart...so I use it on my legs, bum, hips, arms...

Is really cool!

I bought mine from a shop called "the natural source"...its like the body shop but with naturopathic products...

http://www.thenaturalsource.com/Home

The body brush they are advertising on the site looks the same as mine, but is slightly differerent.

i do something like that. I use a loofah the one where u put ur hand behind it.

I have noticed an improvement in my cellulite too. Apparently it evens the area out, and if u drink lots of water that also helps

Yep I dry brush my body every day before my shower. It takes a little while to notice any difference in cellulite but your skin is smooth as a baby's bum straight away.

I bought mine from the body shop. It's just a giant bristle brush and I use it all over my body.

I used to have a big problem with ingrown hairs on my legs and little bumps on my upper arms but not since I started dry brushing every day...another great advantage.

hmmm I've seen these brushes at the Body Shop. I've always wondered what they were for.

Think I might go for a wonder to the body shop and get one. I have some ingrown hairs and cellulite on my buttocks that I would like to tackle
