RE: counselling, I know you can see your GP and get some free sessions with a psychologist now, Medicare will cover 5-6 sessions ina year I think? Not much, but certainly a good start :)

yep, Medicare has a rebate on psychologist sessions...but it often doesn't cover the whole lot and you'll probably have to pay a 'gap' of some kind. OR contact a university near you and see if they have a clinic. Ours is free and you tend to get more 1 on 1 and the interns are VERY cosely supervised.

I havent read your blog, but I can only imagine... I've only come through a few of your threads and just by your avi pic, I can tell that you have a very strong spirit, it really does come across strongly to me, and I'm all the way in New Zealand :wink: .....

as we all know, "Adversity makes us stronger"

and although we dont really know each other, I'd feel privledge to be your friend..

Keep smiling nikki and press on through no matter what may come your way..
