Is it possible for someone that has never been slim or very fit to in their late 30's get a body like Jean-Claude Van Damme. I'm doing this experiment and will keep everyone posted as to my progress. I have taken the before shots and will be taking photos as I go and some after shots. I mainly decided to do this experiment to show that there are no quick fixes for weight loss. I'm sick of seeing people promoting products and weight loss plans that promise "quick fixes" and permanent weight loss that only rip people off.
I basically went initially with the meal replacement for 8 weeks, then a healthy diet protein and fibre. in addition I started to do regular exercise at least 4-6/week.
So far I have gone from 120kg to 92kg.
