OMG! Acidpixi, thank goodness I saw this post. I've been doing home based cardio for some time now, and I alternate between heavy cardio and light cardio and weight training. No wonder sometimes I have almost uncontrollable urges to binge! It's been a struggle. I can't really pinpoint when my appetite spikes because I haven't really been keeping track of when that happens and what type of exercise precedes what.
I think I will do some more research on this and see what I can find out. I might just incorporate this into my own regimen and see what happens. I'll post updates if it works.
