Hey, I have a little website dedicated to my progress. You can find it at: http://www.istilllovemycurves.weebly.com I'm hoping to be updating it at least every week. I only created it yesterday, so there's not a WHOLE lot on it just yet.
Soon, I'm going to be adding a little side website with a lot of my favourite healthy recipes that I've found, and maybe some that aren't so healthy that I like to make as treats.
Just wanted to add my blog to your list New adventure I'm trying so I can keep the weight down. I thought it would give me an incentive to keep it off instead of going back to my old ways. Don't get me wrong, I'm still no where near my ideal weight, still overweight.
HI everybody, I have just found this group today and am thrilled to have found it. I have a blog: http://achievingmetamorphosis.blogspot.com I am about to dive into this site and look at some of the blogs and forums.
I have started a blog about a 12 week challenge i am currently competing in. This is a 'Bridget Jones' kind of thing with a side of 'How To' thrown in for good measure. Please check it out, it's all in good fun but I have taken my blog pretty seriously.. I tell the whole truth and nothing but the truth!
Hey guys if you want inspiration I have not excersised in ten years. I have always cringed even at walking. I have a fear of vegetables so any diet I've undertaken has meant I feel like I'm starving as I cut out the bad without adding the good. My height? a mere itty bitty 5.2, my starting weight? a 'super obese' 116.7 kilograms . If you want to read my crazy encouneters with the temtuos white chocolate through to the latest experience of butt chaffing trying to run well, perhaps not run as much a fatty bombah shuffle. Here is a link to todays blog http://lazygirlgetsfit.blogspot.com/201 ... r-ney.html all of them are there and available to public and I update daily with new endeavors... feel free to 'feel my pain' cheers ney xxx
