i am trying to loose weight and was looking for some motivation and support......this forum is excellent i hav already learnt lots of new things.....last week i weighed about 61.5 and this whole week i took following actions:-
[*]no choclate (it was dificult cuz i luv choc)
[*]no fizzy drinks or packed juices
[*]no eating out (thanks to the recepies on the site i took lunch from home)
[*]i have been drinkin 1-25 litre of water daily
result has been very surprising after a week my weight is 60.9 ......my plan for next week is to add sum form of excercise in to my routine like walk or situps.........i work in call centre so by the time i get home i am too tired to excercise.....
