I did my upper body work out today and my 2.5 mile run i woke up kinda sore and in a bit of pain but last night when i did my run in the heat it was like 100 out side when i did my 2.5 mile run i did it in 13.45 well today i ran my 2.5 mile run in 12.05 so i was happy with that and i did my weight lifting today and was happy with my self i did mroe reps and more sets then what i did yesterday and this is my thrid day with out smokeing so i feel soo great leave me a message with any help or better ways that i can increase my reps or my time lifting and running thanks alot
