Postby kazi » Mon Aug 25, 2008 9:40 am

Hi all my name is karen, im 27yrs old/married and have 2 kids. We live in sydney and in the last 4 mths i've put back 10kgs on since returning parttime to work and just not caring anymore. I have come to terms after this dieting im a emotional eater and i think its disgusting that im so sore in the tummy that i've just feel even worse then when i started. i weighed myself this morning i was 94.8kgs in january i was 83.4 (my lighest since i could ever remember). Im hoping to be 75-77kgs as im 176kgs. I just want some support i used to do the exercising with my husband but now he has just let himself go also and doesnt care. I want to do this for me to actually look good in a swimming costume, to feel spunky and just to be healthy to play with my kids. i need strength from all of you guys. I was on anti depression pills but they were the help of me putting 10 kgs back and the help of also the pill so im off the now. Im gonna focus!... im just not gonna let myself go back to being 122kgs (my heaviest) as it was omg so bad.. thankyou :/

Hey Kazi

You are going to succeed because you are doing it for yourself, to make your life better and to be happy.

You've recognised you are an emotional eater, so you'll be alert to the danger signs for mindless eating.

Once you get into a good eating and exercise habit, you may just find that your husband catches the bug too - but you can't rely on this, so all power to you to go it alone. You're going to feel so much better sooner than you think.

:D

Well, many people have a lot of excuses for not having a fit body. The only reason is that they do not exercise and have an apt diet. You must take good care of the way you look. That is quite important.
