Life after Chocolate :-)

Postby Tas » Mon May 29, 2006 9:08 am

Ok after my shame at gaining 2 kilos from eating the dreaded chocolate daily for a month! I know, I know disgraceful  I gained 2 kilos so now I have to lose 4 - 5 kilos to get to my goal weight. But the good news is I went back to that awful ecliptical cross trainer - you the one, the one that I kept falling off LOL
I have lost a kilo <phew> that was close huh?
No more naughty chocolate for me from now on................till the next time...

Cheers

Oh YES no chocolate is allowed now - finito LOL

But it was good though, which is a bummer. I heard that Hersheys (sp) in America sells low fat chocolate and it is supposed to be delicious!

Oh well better get back to my rice crackers :-)

Cheers

after dinner mint

Postby clare » Sun Jun 04, 2006 2:33 pm

Instead of having a large chocolate try having an after dinner mint. if you make yourself suck it and savour the flavour it works wonders. you get the chockie "hit" without too much damage...
