Congratulations!! You are doing a fantastic job!
Exercise and a healthy diet is definitely the way to go.

If you are looking for an ammunition for those people at work who eat cake and then say they will burn it off by walking 5 minutes to the car. You only burn about 200 calories for every hour you walk. If they want to burn off that piece of cake, they will need to go for a 2 - 3 hour walk. Remember, you can never out run (or walk) the fork!

Hi i was really moved by your story, i saw myself in some of the things you said, for instance at 930 at night having that bowl of ceral with sugar, i cant afford to be apart of jenny craig and weight watchers so im doing this myself and for the first time in my life i want to lose weight for me no one else just me i want to be healthy sexy and skinnier. i dont believe in replacement shakes i want to eat food and lose weight and i know how u feel in everyway and if u ever what to talk just email me, i think u are very strong and smart and you know what you have to do i find keeping myself busy is good i love scrap booking and it helps i love painting and photograghy and keeping things clean, you have really inspired me and probably alot of women who have read this, im looking for a meal planner and exercise planner so im still researching hopeing to find a good site :D

Oh my god, you are going to look so HOT!!!!
I totally related to your story, Kazza.. I am such an emotional eater.. bored / stressed etc and I had the same behaviors you talked about, like eating by myself, planning what I would eat. I would almost fantasize about food :( it's so hard sometimes, but you're sticking with it and you have so much to be proud of!!!

WELL DONE!!

Hi Kazza,

This is my first day here and I have just scrolled through posts looking for something to jump out at me and your's certainly did.

THANK YOU for being so honest in you first one, I have read the thread and I am so happy you are doing well. I too have a major thing for sugar so am off now to buy some lollypops to get over that craving, what a great idea.

Keep up the great work
