I feel like such a dickhead writing this and don't want to be too harsh but seriously there comes a point where you have to take responsibility for yourself and not blame others or look for excuses.

Stay firm and you will achieve your goals. :)

Hi all,
Well here I am 3 months down the track and still plugging away I was losing steadily but the last couple of weeks have been a nightmare and even tho I have stuck to my diet religously and exercised vigorously, I seem to have stopped losing. Could this be that dreaded plateau I have heard so much about. Feeling quite depressed after my last weigh in I was contemplating giving up when my husband god bless him gave me a ruby ring, 1 stone for the one stone I have lost "Giving up, who said anything about giving up!" so now I am promised 1 stone for every stone I lose and a diamond when I reach my goal weight I am now newly enthused just 2.4 kg until my next stone. And in my house there is no more sabotage just some bribery, but I can live with that.

Hi all,
Well here I am 14 weeks into my diet and the weight loss has slowed to half a kg per week, not ideal as my weekly target is 1 kg. but I'm still losing and 11kg isn't to bad of an effort. I am still determined but the slow going can sometimes be trying.

Hi,
I am trying not to buy new clothes until I absolutly have to, so I am not the snazziest dresser lately. I am putting money aside each week for that purpose and cant wait to go on the big shopping outing for just clothes for myself. meanwhile my weightloss has gone backwards I gained .5 last week so have made a real effort this week to lose it again and more my poor muscles are sore and aching from the extra exercize but I do feel as if I have lost. Weigh in for me is tomorrow so wish me luck

That's a great effort Molly! Well done. Are you & your work mate still following the KM plan?

Good luck for your weigh-in tomorrow,

Hayley
