Good morning everyone,
Fairie your meals for today sound delish.
So far I'm still On Plan
but the weekend is young.
I think I might snuggle into bed with a cup of tea and something to read to get my mind off food.
Now where did I leave that Harry Potter book hmmm..?

Okay, it's almost evening and I'm remarkably still on track.
I may not have drunk enough water today and I may not have done any exercise today but food wise I'm A OK.

We went up to Mt Hotham today to watch the sled dogs race in the snow. I think it'd be fun to have our very own team of sled dogs - Darren thinks we can barely manage the one we've got. Anyway, as often happens on fun days, the diet went out the window. Well actually, I don't think it has once been in the window this week! But nevermind that. We did indulge in a bit too much food and not much water, but trudging around in the snow for half the day sure gets the heartrate pumping! It was a great day and that kransky roll for morning tea was yummo (it'd wanna be for the price!), as was the cheesecake we had with our coffee for afternoon tea. I am starting the CSIRO diet on Monday. Maybe my recent poor form is a "final fling / make-the-most-of-it / enjoy-it-while-you-can" kinda thing. Here's hoping I can renew my commitment in the new week.
