Morning everyone,

Wet and cold here again.
Weigh day today, will I ever stop feeling so nervous about stepping on the scales, especially when I lost my battle with cheese last night

Brekky today: 3/4 cup muesli with 150g tinned fruit and 250ml milk and a cup of coffee. Love that coffee. Our baby is malting so severely that she looks like she has mange. What happened to our pretty husky? I will get my exercise today chasing after the husky hair tumbleweeds with the vacuum cleaner and trying to de-fluff the couch, the bathroom (Darren washed her yesterday hoping that the loose hair would fall out but I think he's just made it worse), the bed, and pretty much every surface in the house including all of our clothes. Sounds like fun doesn't it?

Teehee Serena, sounds like you've gotten your exercise for the day just vacuming all those dust bunnies.
When dogs live inside the house most of the time, their body doesn't understand the seasons due to heaters and airconditioners so they just shed all year round.
One of our 3 dogs is a golden retriever and the balls of hair that are continually found in every windswept corner of the house are amazing.
I'm sure everyone thinks I don't clean or something.

You sure are having a bad run Pam! Hope you're feeling better soon. Lunch today was salmon with a parsley-lemon relish, asparagus and butternut pumpkin, then yoghurt with tinned fruit for desert. Dinner is corned beef and lettuce sandwich with pickles and a side salad. Some of the food is really good on this diet and some of it's just plain boring. I guess the boring ones are designed for people to have at lunch time because they're easy to pack and take to work but since Darren works afternoon shift we tend to switch them around (unless I'm really unorganised and run out of time to make the main meal and have to drive Darrens tea out to him at work).

Dolly I love your little images you put on your posts, I am feeling a little better, but I have made a promise to myself for when I get better I am not going to let myself get this run down again
Because I am sure being over weight doesn't help
I am still coughing a lot and If I don't improve I will go to the docs tomorrow, but at this rate I am hoping to be fine by Sunday
Glad you are all keeping on the straight and narrow
