My metabolism is so stuffed up that this high protein 6 day diet isn't doing anything to make me lose weight infact I gained a little.
I think this morning I'm going back to my porridge and piece of fruit, at least I lost weight with that even though it was slower.

At 10am I've got to see the allergy specialist because a few years ago I started to suffer from multiple chemical sensitivity. My throat gets very sore with some perfume or deodorant smells.
If anyone smokes a cigarette near me or their clothes even smell of cigarette smoke I can get pneumonia. It starts off with an instant sore throat (that sometimes bleeds) then it turns into tonsilitis, bronchitis then pneumonia (my husband and I have never smoked)
Perhaps this doctor can help me so I'm not a virtual prisoner in my own home. I hate wearing a chemical mask everytime I enter a shopping mall or hang up the washing because the neighbours might be smoking outside. Last year I stayed home alone over Christmas whilst the rest of the family celebrated with the rest of the family (my nephews and 2 brother-in-laws chain smoke so I couldn't go) I also missed out on flying north to a big family wedding and now I can't even go to church anymore.
Wish me luck with this allergy doctor so that I might be able to get some of my life back.

Ohh Dolly how awful, how do you cope. :(

My husband has always joked about wearing a mask and cloves every time I go shopping etc so I won't pick up colds or anything else. Having to do it for real would not be fun.
I think it's so terrible that even family members won't even try and make an effort so you can participate in family functions.

My prayers are with you and I wish you all the best at the allergy doctor so you can enjoy some of the things we take for granted.

Brekky: toast with vegemite and marg, yoghurt and coffee.
I feel really sluggish after our little Indian pigout last night. I think any weight I may have lost in the last week has gone straight back on my behind.

Good luck at the specialist Dolly! I hope he can help you find a way to live a healthier and less stressful life.
