Morning everyone,

Yoghurt and Fruit for Brekkie again. :roll:

Leaving soon for a few days away, back Monday :D

I will try to stay on plan for most of the time but I will enjoy a couple of glasses of wine with DH :wink: and 1 icecream on the beach

Slept in today so just had custard and fruit for brekky. No idea what I'm cooking for lunch and it's 1pm already! I'm feeling so lazy, I just can't be bothered doing anything. I think maybe I'm stuck in a rut too. I haven't been getting any exercise lately and I find if I don't exercise I just don't have the motivation to eat well either. This has gotta stop.

Serena, you're not the only one skipping the exercise. I've been pretty good with the meal plan because I've been doing the Karen Daly Fats & Figures book http://www.fatsandfigures.com.au/default.htm
Every now and again I shock myself by seeing how much hidden fat I'm consuming (like in milk and cheese etc) this book always pulls me in line.

I've spent the best part of the day making my flylady.net Control Journal.
It'll probably take me a few hours next week to get it exactly how I want it.

My control journal needs some work too - lots of bits of paper with routines etc written down. I might sort it out over the weekend. I have some subject dividers, and I might even dedicate a section to my diet / exercise plan. Maybe I'll get a start on that tonight.

I have had a bad day, feeling really down. Darren had to make lunch because I just couldn't be bothered. It's pathetic I know. I bought ice cream while I was up the street too and now that it's in the house I know I'll eat it over the weekend. Even Darren has been drawing the correlation between me eating junk and the pursuant bad mood swings. (Two big words in one sentence - that's not like me!). I think I need a big kick up the bum to snap me out of it. Feeling sorry for myself isn't going to fix anything!

Serena, I did even worse than you, I went and ordered 4 Pizzas and I'm not even gonna tell ya how many pieces I ate.
Gosh I really need a live in nutritionist with a whip to watch over me 8)
If a relative ever says homemakers are lazy and don't do any work, just show them the list below.
I just added your idea of including weight and exercise to the Control Journal. I've printed out a sheet for each days chores and put them in a sleeve in my journal. I think I might cross them out with a white board marker as I go, then I can easily wipe the plastic sleeve clean of marker with a tissue at the end of each day.

MONDAY: (8:00am-9:00am)
1. Put weight on chart in Control Journal
2. Start Laundry
3. Exercise
4. Shower, fix hair, make-up, get dressed to shoes
5. While in bathroom; swish toilet and wipe down counters
6. Empty dishwasher
7. Check Calendar for appointments
8. Thaw dinner
9. Feed pets
10. Take vitamins, sit down and eat breakfast
11. Pick up and put things away (check hot spots)
12. Morning Gift (God Imagination, Focus and Thanksgiving) Meditation
13. Weekly Home Blessing Hour
(a) Toss out old magazines/newspapers
(b) Change sheets.
(c) Empty all the trash
(d) Vacuum all rooms
(e) Mop Kitchen and bathrooms
(f) Clean Mirrors and doors
(g) Feather Dust furniture
14. Check e-mail
15. Have a scented bubble bath
16. Start Dinner
17. Fill sink to clean as you go
18. Set table plus candles
19. Do dishes
20. Shine sink
21. Lay out clothes for morning

TUESDAY:
1. Start Laundry
2. Exercise
3. Shower, fix hair, make-up, get dressed to shoes
