As I said in an earlier post I have not been well, I bought myself some those natural sweets, and I know a few are not too bad for you, but I can much through the whole packet, well as I was gorging through as you do I said enough Pam and throught the rest straight in the bin

Well done Pam, if you know it's not going to do you any good by keeping it in the house, get it out.

well done pam, i try not to have tempting things around either. for my birthday before i started my weightloss journey some friends brought me a big 1kg box of cadbury favourites. i had 5 and threw the rest in the bin! it felt like a waste but i knew i didnt want to have the whole lot.
