I have always had a weight problem,yoyo dieting etc,4 weeks ago i decided to just keep things simple,I am 49 yrs old work fulltime and generally was feeling like crap,so i changed my diet .Nothing unachievable just do-able, FRESH NATURAL FOOD,NOTHING PACKAGED PROCESSED OR TAMPERED WITH,Basically back to paleolithic days,:: lean meat,fish,poultry,eggs,lots of vegies,fruit,some nuts and seeds,water. No wheat,dairy,legumes, potatoes,alcohol.I have a little coffee 2 cups a day only,with a very small amount of skimm milk.

So??? after a few days i had energy,after 1 week the severe pain in my heel spurs had gone by 98%,i started to sleep well,then i weighed myself and had lost 5kg!!

.I had always had severe cravings for carbs and as a result ate way too many of them,but now i have no cravings at all,no desire to eat bread or bickies,my blood sugar level is no longer running in peaks and troughs!!,you may think this way of eating is boring,but you need to be creative,stir fries curries,lots of meals can be made spices and herbs are your friend here.

i eat when i want whenever i am hungry,no limit to the amount you eat, my appetite has decreased naturally,::: start weight:110kg, now 105 kg,will keep you posted on progress,
