10kgs lost!!!

Postby desert_me » Wed Nov 08, 2006 12:50 pm

Hello everyone,

After many months of trying, I have finally lost 10kgs!!!

Although I have a long way to go, I am now the thinnest I've been in 8 years, and can fit into a size 14.

It's also given me the confidence to believe that I can lose weight, and stick to healthy eating over the long term. I believe I can lose the last 17kgs, and be truly svelte once again.

:P :P :P :P :P

A big pat on the back for you desert me. Even tho it has taken you many months it is much better to lose slowly then quickly as you will tend to keep it off as you have learnt what you can and cant eat in the meantime. Well done girl!
