Breakfast was 2 slices of wholemeal toast with Flora Light and vegemite. Followed by some housework and playing with bubba and doing mummy stuff.

Had a ham, cheese, tomato, cucumber, lettuce and mayo sandwich on wholemeal bread with a smear of floralight.

Put bubba down for a sleep and then got stuck into some exercise - 2 mile dvd (30 mins) then 20 mins (12km) on the exercise bike.

Fish Mornay for dinner with a small amount of rice and some vegetables.

Hope everyone is having a good day!

Emma :)

I made myself up a big bowl of salad with cheese and corned beef and avocado and beans and all sorts of good things and had ranch dressing on it. Love that ranch dressing - even if it is fairly high points. Then had strawberries for sweets and had coffee and some biscotti (only 1 point for 4 pieces - sounds perfect for morning tea). I haven't tallied my points yet but I think I'm sitting around the 20 point mark, which is good, because the self-control failed me last night and I drank all 6 of those canadian clubs but hey, Kimi won the race and I already had 4 points in the bank so that only leaves another 4 points to make up which I think I've done today. It's all good.

Good girl Pam :D looking forward to seeing what you eat on Tuesday.

Serena, I love Ranch Dressing too.
But now I usually make a greek salad and add a little Newmans Own Light Balsamic Vinaigrette over it.
Paul Newmans Dressings taste delish http://www.newmansown.com/4a_dressing.html
