Breakfast was 2 slices of wholemeal toast with Flora Light and vegemite. Followed by some housework and playing with bubba and doing mummy stuff.
Had a ham, cheese, tomato, cucumber, lettuce and mayo sandwich on wholemeal bread with a smear of floralight.
Put bubba down for a sleep and then got stuck into some exercise - 2 mile dvd (30 mins) then 20 mins (12km) on the exercise bike.
Fish Mornay for dinner with a small amount of rice and some vegetables.
