I had muesli with 1/2 a banana and my coffee. I would like to get a walk in today. The nice weather still hasn't come back but at least the really yucky weather has gone. Maybe I'll get my walk in after lunch. The naughty husky wants to get out of the house and get some exercise too. I should start riding my bike more often - especially the way fuel prices are going. And it's nearly summer which is perfect bike riding season so I should work on my fitness.

Wow with a beautiful strong
Husky you could have him pull you around in a go cart for your mode of transport.

Just about! Darren has a scooter that she pulls but my balance isn't as good as his. You can get special hooks for your bike though so they run beside the bike without getting tangled up or running out into traffic (no road sense). I may have to invest in one.

Lunch was some sort of chicken kiev and lots of salad. Air popped pop corn and low joule caramel topping for sweets and another coffee because it's so cold.

I've just been for a 40 min walk - my first official exercise for the week. I'm pooped! I think that ought to be good motivation to exercise more regularly. I have been very slack lately.
