I am currently feeling soo sick and regretting over indulging in some Tim tams.
I really need to learn that if I'm going to eat junk food that it has to be in moderation, no
matter how tempting it is.
Any ideas or helpful tips?

Don't buy them .. don't have them in the house :)
Of course if you go to someone else's and htey have them it's hard to avoid .. quickly say you're looking after yourself or something like that and then with someone watching you you won't want to go back on what you said earlier.

If they are in the house for someone else then just take a couple, put the rest right at the back of the cupboard so it's a effort to go back and get them. using the out of mind out of sight stategy. :D

buy weight watchers jelly make it up a whole packet,put a yogert in it and when its set add a banana,and theres not alot of points but it so yummy for something sweet...eat that not tim tams..

dont quote me on my points as im very scratchy,but i look at points as 1 point one piece of fruit and i feel close enough is good enough for me,,if i was too add 1/2 a cup of fruit salad i would look at that being 1 point...
cup of strawberrys i would look at that being a point....

but i can tell you one thing it sure does hit the spot when it comes too a yummy snack....and its sweet so we get a real treat..

Pretty sure tim tams are amazing. One thing I'd recommend doing is if ever offered one, smell it. And the smell will be your taste. Strange right? I've had a few offers here and there for stuff like it and if you smell it, savoir the smell and decline to eat you'll find yourself patting you back and feeling good about yourself 30 mins later

I love Tim Tam too but we rather control our self in eating it. Replacing some healthy food will be very helpful for us. We can take junk food and sweets but not that too much. I think it is better if we have a proper and balance diet.
