From 102 kilos in November 2011 to 59.9 kilos in February 2013...what a long yet fruitful journey it has been.
I am proud of myself that I did not give up...i hit a plateau stage, had a lot of blocks, trying times, bridal pressure and a lot more...but these all helped me to become who I am right now. A healthy wife...next goal is to maintain my weight and get pregnant...yay!
