My journey with Liproxenol

Postby wants2loseWEIGHT » Mon Dec 10, 2012 3:05 am

Hi everyone! I am back! I have been away for 2 months (sorry about that..teehee). Last minute wedding prep was so stressful. Good thing the wedding turned out great as planned. My husband and I have been planning for the wedding for almost a year, so when the wedding was done, we felt so much relief. After the wedding, we had our honeymoon. I pigged out..yeah. But I am getting back on track. Last weigh in that I posted here was 66.1 kg on 1 October. I had my fair share of ups and downs because I forgot taking my Liproxenol pills for few days. But what is importnt is the present. I am now weighing 62.2 kilos. 2 more kilos to go before i finally hit my weight goal.

Cheers and good luck everyone! :)

happy new year everyone! :)

hope everyone had the greatest (and of course) healthiest holiday! :)

i admit, i almost pigged out last Christmas and New Year. Who can resist the holiday foods prepared by your mom? I bet some of you also had their fair share of the most delicious foods last holiday, eh? So please don't put all the blame on me..teehee!!!! i gained 100 grams since I last weighed in before Christmas. But I promise to do my best to remove that silly 100 grams and more.

Cheers!

FINALLY!!! After 1 year and 3 months, I have now reached my weight goal!!!

From 102 kilos in November 2011 to 59.9 kilos in February 2013...what a long yet fruitful journey it has been.

I am proud of myself that I did not give up...i hit a plateau stage, had a lot of blocks, trying times, bridal pressure and a lot more...but these all helped me to become who I am right now. A healthy wife...next goal is to maintain my weight and get pregnant...yay!

Thanks to Acai Slim, Liproxenol, my gym instructor, my dog, my husband, my family and friends and weightloss.com.au for helping me all through out.

Congrats on reaching your goal. No small achievement...I know! It has been quite a journey hasn't it? You should be proud of yourself - many try and only a few succeed. Good Work! :D

Of course you do realise that the second part of your journey now commences?...keeping it off! :lol:It's the less glory covered path but still one that is important.

Best wishes

Congratulations on reaching your weight goal! I have heard so much about Liproxenol but was apprehensive to give it a try but after reading your thread, I've made up my mind. I would give this pill a try. Thanks Wants2LoseWeight for sharing your experience.

Chelsea you can do it better without drugs. Sooner or later you need to live in the real world without drugs...the sooner you do the better it will be for you...the skills learnt will keep it off forever - that's not the case with drugs.

It is suppose to up your metabolism rate - the upshot being that you burn through more calories.

Unfortunately the claims of this produce are greatly exaggerated. It hasn't been independently tested in Australia and one of its active ingredients has been banned from sale in Canada (apparently the EU and other countries may follow Canada's lead). If you have a heart condition or a family history of it, it is strongly suggested that you don't use this product.

On their web sites they claim great results of around 7 to 15 kilos in 13 weeks. That works out to about a kilo a week which is actually a modest amount and the sort of weight Weight Watchers and the like suggest you can lose healthily. It certainly isn't the sensational results that their web sites tote - it's actually rather tame! In the first 13 weeks of my weight loss I managed to lose 29.7kg and that with minimal exercise and no expert help...just by simply controlling portions sizes, stopping the snacks and making basic healthy choices.

The problem with these "wonder cures" is that they don't last. They treat the symptoms (and usually with placebos - like this unproven product) but don't deal with the underlining cause so dooming users to relapse and return to their former weight (and gaining extra poundage to boot!). Permanent weight loss is about developing a healthy lifestyle that works in your life. That requires real change. Most people really don't want to change their lives. It is easier for them to buy some fairy dust and say the magic didn't work for them than to change. This way they have the comfort of being victims...anything to avoid the real cost of permanent weight loss - change!

I strongly suspect that the people on the web sites could have lost what they did without these pills. I firmly believe that a year from now they will still be overweight and no longer believing in this fairy dust.
