Welcome...I hope that you will find this place an inspiration and helpful.

I've lost 87 kilos, so you can imagine the difference that it has made in my life. Try strapping 87 kilos on to your back and see how easy it you can bounce through the day! Needless to say I've got a lot more energy than I had before! :D

In the Before and After section I've posted some photos that may inspire you...check them out.
Regards
Kim

Hi Ray

50 kilos lost. It made a big difference. I no longer wheeze when I walk, nor do I have chest pains and a constant worry of having a self-induced heart attack.

I am 57 kg now and I want to be like 50 kg. I want to lose weight so I started to have a healthy and active lifestyle. I am not a morning person but I make efforts to wake up early in the morning and do some workouts and jog outside our home. I’m doing this for 2 weeks now and I lose 2 lbs.

Great going reaching your weight loss goal Hanney...but more importantly understanding that this journey is a two part process.
It is clear that you have figured out that success comes from continuing a healthy lifestyle after reaching your goal.
Very good work indeed! :D

Thanks everyone! I am happy that I lose weight by doing some workouts and proper diet. I don't need to take weight loss supplement just to lose weight. Thank you everyone for motivating me through your comments. I am happy that I reach my weight goal and all I need to do is to maintain it.
