I can't remember Fairie, are you doing the SureSlim diet?
It won't be long before you're into the double digits.

Today is my wedding anniversary so I'm not sure if hubby can make any free time so we can go for a lunch or coffee or something.
Long gone are the days of romance where I was always number 1 on the list of important things. I'd gladly take a break from my day.

I notice we have another new member that has joined our group.
Ahmad tell us what a champion boxer has to eat to try and keep his weight in line.
For example what might your dietitian have you eat for breakfast?

Hey guys. Brekky was muesli with fruit and coffee, as usual. Lunch was a stir fy with udon noodles. I went to my friends work for a cuppa this morning. She is very stressed so tomorrow she is coming over for tea and lots of alcohol. I don't want to weigh-in on Saturday morning.

I will try Fairie, but a friend in need can't be ignored. I'll try to make something out of the weight watchers recipe book for dinner as opposed to just getting pizza which she has suggested and she's bringing a bottle of Canadian whiskey so hopefully I can just mix it with diet coke instead of normal coke and minimise the damage.

Lunch
an anniversary Chinese nosh-up

Snack
6 coffee liqueur chocolates (I am so bad)

Wouldn't it be nice if when our group gets skinny, we all run away from our responsibilties for a weeks vacation somewhere.
At the moment all I can do is dream (it's more in line with my budget)

Hope things are back to normal for you soon Pam, we miss you :(

We could all get together on some sun drenched beach resort with scantily clad men serving us cocktails (with the little umbrella's) but we will be good with our food choices.  That dream is about all my budget will cover too.

Anyway back to reality,

Dinner will be

Homemade veggie soup
2 crackers & cheese.

Weigh day tomorrow and I was not very good last weekend so I don't think I will have lost much. :(

If all you have had for your Anniversary is 6 coffee liqueur chokkies, you are not bad Dolly. That's being good. :D

I will have a look around for the Chia Tea Serena, if you don't have any starch or fruit to eat that day and drink plenty of water that can minimise the dammage of alcohol. Also a vitamine B taken before you go to bed can make the morning after feel better.

Maybe I can go to a WW meeting tomorrow, although I'm a bit unclear if that's allowed. If my meeting is generally Saturday, is it the end of the WW week or the start? There is a meeting not far from my house on Friday mornings. I suppose I can go and ask.

I don't think I'll overdo the alcohol too much Fairie - I'm getting old (27! I'm nearly ready for the nursing home!) and I severely dislike hangover's. We used to drink a whole bottle of tequila in a night between 2 of us and I would never get a hangover. But unfortunately, that ship has sailed and I feel every drink the next day. Hangovers, wrinkles, obesity. Time can be so cruel.

Fairie, whilst we girls might enjoy being served diet cocktails by scantily clad cabana boys, I'm sure Ahmad, Peter and Ed might prefer a slightly different serve of cocktail.

Good grief Serena, if 27 is old then I'm already a couple of reincarnates down the road, teehee!
