Well done on the excersise Emma, you are doing really well. I agree if I start preparing our evening meal around 4pm then I won't have things I'm not supposed to.

Hope things are a bit better today Pam.

So sorry to hear about your loss Pam - our thoughts are with you.

Brekky: Muesli with fruit and coffee.

I think I survived my little binge last night unscathed. We ate nachos and I used low fat cheese and sour cream and I made my own guacamole. I know WW say that avocado is high points but I seriously can't see how it could be bad for you. It's a fresh fruit and it's full of good fats and it's yummy. We didn't have that much to drink and what we did have we mixed with diet pepsi. I think I've minimised the damage quite well.

On another note, I had a job interview on Thursday (only kitchenhand - nothing glamorous) and I have a trial tonight. A job would be nice. I really need to get some routine and structure back into my life. A pay check would be nice too - especially coming up to Christmas.

Lunch will be chicken enchiladas and steamed vegies - I have been missing my vegies the last couple of days.

Muesli with Skim Milk for breakfast, then half an apple for a snack (went halves with bubba). I think I will have a ham and salad sandwich for lunch.

I've done half an hour of my hour's exercise so far. 1 mile dvd (20 mins) plus 10 mins (6km) on the exercise bike. When I settle Bubba down for a sleep, I will do the 2 mile dvd which takes 30 mins. Might even do some toning exercises too.

We're having Chicken Pizziola with Veggies for dinner. Should be okay - havent had it before

Hope everyone has a pleasant weekend.

Good luck with the trial tonight Serena :)

Ahmad if you're still out there, as a boxer, what would you generally eat for breakfast and lunch to keep your body light for a featherweight fight, or is it mainly a case of just omitting fats and carbs? (unfortunately we're not allowed to have links to dietitians etc as this would be considered free advertising) so just generally speaking.

Emma, I think I'm gonna have to invest in some exercise DVD's too.

No it's okay thanks Pam, I'm going to scout around and find one that I know I'll want to try.
I think I'll head out to the Video store and pick up a few different DVD's to try.
Thanks for your kind thoughts anyway

Well I think the trial went okay. They said I'd know by Tuesday. Didn't really feel like tea when I got back though so had a blueberry and yoghurt smoothie and have since had some water crackers with dip and a Freddo (I figure I've been pretty good - even on my planned naughty night). Have also had 2 alcoholic beverages. Mmm mmm! I think I have a drinking problem.

Dolly and Pam, do you think we could make Emma's goal to lose 10kg by Christmas an official Christmas challenge for the whole group?
