Muesli with Skim Milk for breakfast, then half an apple for a snack (went halves with bubba). I think I will have a ham and salad sandwich for lunch.
I've done half an hour of my hour's exercise so far. 1 mile dvd (20 mins) plus 10 mins (6km) on the exercise bike. When I settle Bubba down for a sleep, I will do the 2 mile dvd which takes 30 mins. Might even do some toning exercises too.
We're having Chicken Pizziola with Veggies for dinner. Should be okay - havent had it before
