Pam, thanks for caring and noticing, I promise ! will be a good girl today.

I'm going to walk an extra round to make up for the holiday break slip up. I think I read once that one whopper burger has a whole days calories in it, so I'd better not look at the scale for fear of me losing all the good work I've already done, I must stay focused on my goal.

Breakfast
nuked porridge in skim milk with 2 teaspoons sugar
2 cups of coffee

Snack
1 cup defrosted blueberries
1 cup of yoplus skimmed plain yogurt
12 almonds

I got brave enough to jump on the scales a short while ago and was so pleased to see that last nights Whopper burger did not do any damage (YET) My son Mike tells me it can take a couple of days to show up on the scales.

I think I have to pay closer attention and not just glance at what people are putting down, you just about got it through unnoticed Dolly.

Drink heaps more water, I found when I eat something I shouldn't I drink extra water and that seems to stop any damage.

Brunch
2 Boiled Eggs
1 sausage
1 Rasher Bacon
Apple

Our Bunnings always has a sausage sizzle - every weekend! That can be dangerous.

Brekky: Muesli with fruit and coffee.

Lunch (at Mum's): Roast lamb with roast vegies and gravy
2 slices bread with marg
small slice pineapple cheesecake
coffee

I was not impressed that we had cheesecake for sweets. Cheesecake is my big weakness but it's ok because it's only supposed to be for special occasions. What's so special about today? Sunday happens every week! I will have to learn to say no. I really don't even like this pineapple cheesecake - it's very sweet and sickly. I much prefer a baked cheesecake. But I still ate it, didn't I?

Dinner is supposed to be sushi but I haven't even cooked the rice yet and I need ingredients. I'm so slack.

Sundays are my day of rest.
So tonight I'm just going to throw a Healthy Choice dinner in the oven.

I had a Lebanese bread pizza since Dolly made me think about pizza and I was already feeling too lazy to make the sushi. I put pineapple and toamtoes and mushroom and capsicum and cheese and a little bit of salami. Then had an apple and some yoghurt with blueberries for sweets. I am currently trying to force myself to stay up for the race which doesn't even start till 2.45! I may have to snack by then. But if I'm going to be staying up so late I'll be sleeping in till lunch time so I can save points on brekky. My psychic gifts are kicking in - I don't think tomorrow will be a very productive day!
