Midday snack / brekky: blueberries and yoghurt and coffee

I'm very tired today, since it was nearly 5am before I got to bed. Never mind. The race was pretty good. I think I will try to clean up my little gym room today and do tae-bo. I have no idea what we're having for lunch.

Lunch ended up being take away - surprise, surprise! Hamburger with the lot and a dim sim. I have just been for a walk and I think I just beat the rain. It has been raining fairly solidly since about 11 last night. There was a fine misty rain when I left for my walk and it just held off long enough. Lucky!

my food for today

Postby Bec » Mon Sep 26, 2005 4:41 pm

Hi Guys
Breakfast for me was
1 poached egg
1 slice w/meal toast

Lunch
Lite ham salad roll
2 pieces of jam and cream filled sponge

I think due to the sponge I should not eat for the rest of the day, however I made some Broccoli and Cauliflower soup (no cream or milk) so I may have a cup of that while I watch the Idol Verdict.

Wasn't he just so nasty last night? It wasn't even constructive criticism it was just mean! I'm going to watch the new series of the Biggest Loser tonight - it really inspired me last time to get out there and have a go.

I think they're replaying the first series later in the week (not 100% on that though). They have lots of good exercise tips too. It'd be so much easier to lose weight if you were locked away at a luxury mansion with other fatties for support and a spunky personal trainer and a bit of friendly competition with a half million dollar incentive.

Mark Holden & Soup

Postby Bec » Mon Sep 26, 2005 8:52 pm

I tell you what he's such an opinionated you know what, I think at times he has no idea!

I too will be tuning into the biggest loser, I loved it last time I just wish I had a personal trainer at my beck and call. Wouldn't it be great if they had that show in Australia, we'd all be fabulous in no time!

I sometimes look at the celebs and think I wish I looked like that ie: Selma Heyak (fit, healthy yet still womanly) but then again I don't have the money for all the support people like that have...ah to win the lotto  we can all dream can't we.........

Mark Holden may be a producer/songwriter/ex-actor/ex-singer and a lot of what he says may have some merit but there's no excuse for saying it quite as rudly as he does. http://www.nostalgiacentral.com/music/markholden.htm

Thanks for telling me the Biggest Loser is on tonight, it's so inspiring. If I record it and play it over real time, I might be able to lose along with one of their victims (their 50 pounds loss to my 20 pounds)

Dinner
parmesan crumbed chicken
heaps of salad
11 jelly snakes (yes I know I'm gonna pay for that on the scales tomorrow)

How can they lose 10kg a week? It's amazing! They must be pushing so hard in the gym. I think maybe I need to workout a bit harder.

Dinner: 2 eggs and 2 toast with marg
Custard

Snacks: Banana
Apple
Coffee
