Morning everyone,

I too watched the Biggest Looser last night and I find that amout of loss so hard to believe. Loosing all that weight that quick they must have so much loose skin.

I'm off for an hours walk this morning, it's a beautiful day and they have now built toilets where I like to go walking so I don't have to worry anymore. :D

Breakfast
Yogurt & Fruit

Have a good day everyone

Hi Girls!

Breakfast
2weet-bix
½ cup skim milk
2 coffees

Morning Snack
defrosted blueberries
and plain skim yogurt

The biggest loser was amazing. I don't think they lost 10 kg (22lbs) in one week though, I think they lost it in 2 weeks because acording to this biggest loser site address they have also lost a female from the week before (I'm not sure though, so I'll re-play the show today because I didn't get to see the whole thing yesterday)

Lunch
Cup of Homemade Soup
Apple

I'm makeing Gerry a Pizza tonight for an easy meal as we are going to see the Dukes of Hazzard (didn't get there last week). I think I'll have some cheese & Crackers and a Fruit Salad.

Enjoy the movie Fairie, it's great fun.

I'm still recovering from Sunday's super late night I think. Very very lazy today. Never mind - at least the laziness isn't accompanied by uncontrolled snacking.
