Sorry I have been AWOL for a couple of days. We had a really bad storm on Wednedsay night and the phones have been dead since and Telstra doesn't seem to offer service any more!

Had my first night at work last night. It certainly kept me busy. My work shirt is very snug, I guess it was the largest they had. I feel very self-conscious. Now I will have to lose weight!

Hope you have had a great birthday Pam.

Brekky: Muesli with fruit and coffee

Snack: Banana

Lunch: Steak with salad and a pasta salad

Did wonder where you were Serena, thought maybe you were so exhausted after working. Let us know when the shirt is loose.

Not Happy
Was feeling so good after recieving such a great complement earlier in the week and now have came crashing down. :(

Just got back from weighin and somehow have put on 1.5kg
I had stayed on plan all week.

Even my consultant was surprised so she took my measurements, I was only measured 2 weeks ago. It seems that even though I put on this week I have lost another 5cm's  which makes it a total of 42cm's.

We came to the conclusion that as I'm due to start the TOTM tomorrow and I am retaining fluid (happens when the weather warms up ) that's why I put on this week. She said I should loose all that next week.

Lunch
Ham and Salad Wrap

Don't worry about one little gain Fairie, nearly everyone has a bad week now and then and you have made so much progress. You should be proud of yourself.

I have just gotten home from work at 10.30pm after starting at 5pm and I had no break in that time, although I did manage to have 2 ANZAC cookies and an apple on the run. I was so hungry when I got home that I just grabbed the first thing I saw. Luckily it was leftover pasta salad from lunch so no harm done. I don't want to get back into a routine of midnight grazing. Any suggestions girls?
