Don't you have your main meal at midday? If so then just prepare some light snacks to take with you and have some ready for when you get home. You have been doing so well, I think once you have got your new routine going with the job it will be easier.

I went and bought a blender yesterday so I had to try it this morning, I'm glad I like the colour purple.
