Serena, don't they allow you a break?

Don't you have your main meal at midday? If so then just prepare some light snacks to take with you and have some ready for when you get home. You have been doing so well, I think once you have got your new routine going with the job it will be easier. :D

Breakfast
Yoghurt & Blueberry Smoothie.
I went and bought a blender yesterday so I had to try it this morning, I'm glad I like the colour purple. :)

Pam is making us a nice healthy Lunch, I need it after yesterday's shock.

Have a good day everyone.

I think if I were on for longer than 5 hours I would probably get a break. We do have our main meal at lunch time but it is a long time from 1pm to 10pm and I feel hungry if I don't eat a proper meal (maybe that's in my head though). I guess I just need to make sure there is always something healthy on hand when I get home.

Brekky: Muesli with fruit and coffee (like you guys didn't already know that)

Lunch: Salmon steak with avocado, steamed broccoli and carrot, and a baby jacket potato with a small bit of margarine.

Snack: Coffee and yoghurt.

Dinner (well sort of): Ham sandwich and an apple on the run.

I think I've earned a Freddo because I've been really good all week and I have to go up the street anyway.
