Brekky: Muesli with fruit and coffee

Off to Mum's for lunch again. It must be Sunday. I wonder what naughty things she's going to serve up today.

Lunch: Fried rice with soy sauce
2 slices bread with margarine
Diet jelly with cream
Coffee

Snack: Apple

That was a pretty good effort for mum. She did have chocolate muffins out on the table with a big bowl of whipped cream trying to tempt me but I resisted. Tea will be fish with salad and I might make some chips baked with cooking spray.

I have just been shopping. Big W have their new summer range out and they're fairly cheap (us super big girls can't be too choosy and have to get in early to get the right size) so I've bought 2 new sets of swimmers and on Tuesday (Monday is a public holiday) I am going to go down to the indoor pool and get a 20 visit pass and do laps twice a week. By the time the pass expires it should be warm enough to swim in our pool. Maybe I'll try to incorporate a new exercise each week as I've really only been walking. Then by Christmas I should have a fairly well-balanced exercise routine happening.

You are really sounding so motivated. :D
