We ended up having takeaway last night for dinner. And I was going so well too. I've spent this morning with my sister and we ended up having creamy garlic potatoes and creamy chicken pasta for lunch. She's such a corrupter. I will be doing lots of gardening this afternoon so I can work off the bad foods.

My sister was telling me a story about a guy she works with who is doing weight watchers and apparently all the guys at work think it's really funny to try and corrupt him. So they convince him to eat junk and then he feels guilty and spends the rest of his shift walking laps around the yard at work trying to make up for it. My sister thinks it's just so funny but I think it's horrible. If someone is trying to lose weight and improve thier health you would think that their friends would support and encourage them rather than ridiculing them and trying to break their diet. People are so mean! They don't understand how hard it is to lose weight.

I agree with you Serena, that poor guy at your sisters work.
We're already extra vulnerable toward food, that's how we got fat in the first place.
The guy's probably on doctors orders so as not to die of a heart attack and they do a childish high school prank like tempting him with food all day and then laugh when he tries to work it off.

Perhaps your sister should tell him about http://www.weightloss.com.au
then we can talk him out of listening to the evil tempters at his work place Image

Some People  they are so thoughtless.

Lunch
Fresh Fish
Steamed Asparagus.

I also visit the SureSlim Forum (ssh) and what a surprise this morning when I logged on I saw that I had been nominated as Slimmer Of The Week.
I thought how can that be when I put on 1.5kg last week, apparently they give slimmer of they week to ones that are doing well and trying so hard, not to the ones that have lost the most that week.

Anyway it was a nice start to the week. :D
