Hi to everyone at the forum, weekends are usually quiet around here so let's see if we can change that.
All us oldies and the newbies and the observing guests, let's all post what we've stuffed in our mouths today.

Hi Dolly, another wet & miserable day here today.

I was so tired last night I couldn't even be bothered to make dinner and just had some crackers & cheese, everyone got their own as well. I was in bed before 9.30pm. must be from Crystal being here, she goes home tomorrow. :D

Breakfast
Fresh Fish (Tommies)
Apple

Good Afternoon Everyone :D

Breakfast:
 1 and a half Fruit n Spice Muffins with Flora Light Spread

Pre-exercise Snack:
 1/2 an Apple

Lunch:
 Ham, Cheese, Tomato, Cucumber, Lettuce Sandwich on White Bread with low fat Houmous and low fat Mayo instead of margarine or butter.
 Strawberry Blinky Bill Chocolate (only 219kJ and 3g Fat)

plus lots of water already

I wrote out my weekly exercise plan yesterday. I have done most of what I had set out to do today except for a ride on the exercise bike and some toning exercises, but I will be doing that shortly.

I am now going to go swimming 3 times a week - roped a friend and my sister into coming with me so i dont feel too embarrassed

I will be sitting down tonight and writing out a food plan for the next couple of days. I know what I have to eat to lose weight, but if I dont have it written down, I tend to drift away from healthy choices. And by having a food plan and an exercise plan again, I am hoping that my weight loss will be similar of that about two months ago (1.5 kg losses etc) 8)

Those of you looking for something sweet to eat try Weis Sorbets... They have no fat, are dairy free and pretty low in kJ's. I tried the Wildberry one last night..... mmmmm yum

Hope everyone has a great weekend :D

Emma

Good work on making that plan Emma. I just completed a weight loss plan for me here on the Pledge Page. Each fortnight I'll make an entry.

Lunch
1 teaspoon olive oil for frying
1 egg
1 slice wholegrain toast
a small greek salad

Good Luck with your plan Emma. :D

Lunch Yoghurt & Stawberry Smoothie.

I made Crystal a chocolate milkshake and made the mistake of having a sip, now I'm wanting one.

Still sick today. Had my usual breakfast. I couldn't be bothered making lunch so I bought a sausage roll and a beesting. Naughty I know. I feel a bit light headed and dizzy and I don't really want to go to work feeling like this but I only got 2 shifts this week so I can't really have a sick day. Never mind. It'll probably only be 4 hours. I'll just have to take my drugs before I go.

using skim yogurt instead of cheese

Snack

I resisted and didn't make myself a chocolate milkshake but I so felt like it. I think I've caught something to Serena, I am so stiff and sore all over especially my neck and head and I've got a horrible cough. :(

Dinner
Shepards Pie
Salad
Orange
