1 and a half Fruit n Spice Muffins with Flora Light Spread
1/2 an Apple
Ham, Cheese, Tomato, Cucumber, Lettuce Sandwich on White Bread with low fat Houmous and low fat Mayo instead of margarine or butter.
Strawberry Blinky Bill Chocolate (only 219kJ and 3g Fat)
plus lots of water already
I wrote out my weekly exercise plan yesterday. I have done most of what I had set out to do today except for a ride on the exercise bike and some toning exercises, but I will be doing that shortly.
I am now going to go swimming 3 times a week - roped a friend and my sister into coming with me so i dont feel too embarrassed
I will be sitting down tonight and writing out a food plan for the next couple of days. I know what I have to eat to lose weight, but if I dont have it written down, I tend to drift away from healthy choices. And by having a food plan and an exercise plan again, I am hoping that my weight loss will be similar of that about two months ago (1.5 kg losses etc)
Those of you looking for something sweet to eat try Weis Sorbets... They have no fat, are dairy free and pretty low in kJ's. I tried the Wildberry one last night..... mmmmm yum
