Snack: fruit biscuits with coffee
Lunch: 3 chicken wings with salad and potato salad
Multigrain bread roll with margarine
Low joule jelly with low fat ice cream and blueberries
Have also been for a 40 minute walk, and it seemed so much easier and didn't seem to take as long. Maybe I walked faster because it's cold and windy, or maybe I'm getting fitter! That'd be good, wouldn't it? I'll have to change my route and include some hills to keep myself challenged.
