Hi everyone

Had a really really good weekend, fought a lot of food battles and won them all! Jeez, it is amazing how much you can obsess about food. It was Bathurst weekend and usually it is full of beer and junk food, but it was full of fruit, healthy sandwiches and water. I did have 2 glasses of wine last night, but i earned them

huge salad with tuna

feeling very strong inside and doing ok. :D ....

i'll tell you what though, it has got to be YEARS since i have felt this in control. is this setting myself up for a fall????

tin weight watchers tuna in spring water
15 Licorice bullets (only 3 grams of fat and 100 calories)

1 teaspoon peanutpaste
2 slices bread

with a side salad

Leah you're so right, we do so often obsess about food.

Sorry I won't be able to post again today, I pulled my siatic nerve in my right hip (butt cheek) this morning and it took all my strength to try and drag myself here, so now I'm going to try to get back to bed. Have a great day everyone.

Hope you feel better tomorrow Dolly.

Leah, you just need to stay positive. There's absolutely no reason why you can't keep doing so well. Just look at Fairie - she's been going great guns and she always stays positive.

Well, this flu that I have might be a good thing because I can't really taste anything so I haven't bothered snacking. I think I've past the worst of it though, which is good.

Brekky: Muesli with banana and coffee

Lunch: Steak with baby jacket potato and margarine, steamed pumpkin, carrot and broccoli.
