Morning Ladies,

Didn't have a good night, Gerry was up most of the night coughing with this cold we caught from Crystal, which ment I was up as well. :( He seams to have it worst than me.

Hope everyone is doing well, i am thinking that I will post my meaurements tomorrow, here is hoping that there has been a change from before, been doing so well, still feeling strong, though yesterday was a hard day, but i made it through.

:lol:

GOOD NEWS: Believe it or not, my final test came through showing that I did NOT have Diabetes but pre diabetes, so still have to watch myself, but atleast there is no medication or anything. So happy.

Woohoo Killerbabe! that's wonderful news about the diabetes, you have a chance to work on it then!
You're already on the right track by finding this thread and are already cutting down on the sugars and on the amount of food you eat.
Fantastic news, I can't wait to tell my family tonight that you don't have diabetes after all! (yes it's true, I discuss you all to my family because I consider us all to be sisters)

I'm so tired after last night don't even have the energy to make dinner. Gerry can have some left overs and I think I'll just have some cheese & crackers with an orange.

Weigh day tomorrow :( I so hope I have reached the 20kg loss, then I know I'll feel better. :D

ok here goes my first day back
sttarted out well
Breakfast
2pieces of toast with v'mite
Then had to go to play group , and they always have timtams there with a cuppa :oops:
Lunch
salad roll with dietcoke then slipped with half a chocolate eclair
Dinner
huge bowl of salad and fat reduced muffin for dessert

No exercise but running around with two yearold for 2 hours at play group .
(reminds herself need to walk tomorrow)
